Research has shown that more than 40% of women are dissatisfied with their bodies while pregnant or after giving birth. These feelings can lead to eating disorders and, ultimately, postpartum depression. This makes it extremely important for women to receive love and support through their journey of motherhood. With a more positive outlook on the incredible things a woman’s body can do, pregnant and postpartum women will be less likely to fixate on the changes their body undergo during pregnancy.
